I can't uninstall ML from my 650d. When I'm trying to update the fw to turn off the boot flag it says:
"ML/DATA/FONTS.DAT retry" then: "ML/DATA/FONTS.DAT not found"
then a long beep and
then black screen then: "Please copy all ML files"
then crazy screen graphics and locks up.
What am I doing wrong?

Easy, remove all the files from the sd card. Don't update the firmware to uninstall it. That's is like changing your hair color to remove your hair.

Hopefully you removed your battery immediately or else its probably burnt.

that is completely wrong, don't do that, if you do you're camera will freeze up and won't boot.
what you need to do is use this build: http://nanomad.magiclantern.fm/650D/magiclantern-v2.3.NEXT.2013Aug03.650D104.zip
and follow the instructions here: http://wiki.magiclantern.fm/install#uninstalling_magic_lantern
once you have disabled the boot flag, then you can delete the files on the card (or preferably just reformat the card)
