Title: Sunset timelapses 600D - Auto ETTR or Bulb ramping?
Post by: Stongtea on February 02, 2014, 10:57:11 PM
Been shooting some time lapses (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaW5MG6EEx8 (http://youtube)) but getting a lot flicker w bulb ramping. Am I taking too few shots / min, or is there another way round it? Would ETTR be a better option?

AutoETTR + ML Post deflicker should give better results (that's why bulb ramping was removed):

Alternatively, you can deflicker with this script if you use Adobe software (advantage is you aren't depending on ML deflicker in camera, which is slow and sometimes skips frames, the script is a lot more flexible as well):
