Title: got "stripes" all over the image

Just installed ML on my 6D and when looking at the footage i realize i have some strange stripes all over the picture.

When looking in the viewfinder i find out that on iso 1600 i dont get them ( as it seems on the camera )

Anyone know what it could be?
