Title: 550D Bulb Ramping Problem...
Post by: OllieSmalleyPhotography on September 04, 2012, 09:45:29 PM
Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could help me improve the Bramping on my 550D, I know it's not meant to be 'Flicker' free but after watching a number of other Bramping 'tests' mine does seem considerably worse.

I followed the instructions in the ML2.3 user guide fully and after extensive processing in de-flickering software this is the best i've got so far... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=telDYUheehA&feature=youtu.be

So yeah, if anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it, out of everything ML has given me to use this is the only thing I can't quite seem to get right :(

p.s. sorry if there is another post about this topic, I had a look around for a good half hour or so and did some searches but couldn't find anything recent or relatively similar!

Thanks,

Ollie.  :)

Here you go: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=2553.msg10238#msg10238

or MSU deflicker.

You have used very fast shutter speeds, which will always flicker.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion!

However I have no clue what to do with that script im afraid, any basic instructions would be appreciated! :)

Im using a mac, also the timelapse was not shot at very fast shutter speed, they range from 1/30 to 13 seconds.....?

Also, I did read your instructions about creating folders and I've done that but no clue what to do with the script?
