Title: HDMI from Magic Lantern - overlays & Zebra 5D MkIII

If your curious about output through HDMI here's a sample of what you see in live view with Zebras on. I pulled into Adobe AE in 32 Bit colour space then without editing rendered Apple Prores 4444 as a .mov

5D MkIII + Atomos Ninja2 + 500Gb HDD
Magic Lantern RAW
24-105mm L Canon Glass
Natural light

Those Zebras don't look RAW.

And what firmware are you on?

you mean you recorded raw via HDMI ?! or is it an uncompressed 8bit output?!..from what i know Magic Lantern doesn't output raw via HDMI!

Hi Kharak, Canon 123 Australian version. MLV is the last update in 2014. Maybe Zebras were from Ninja2, not sure. I'm a newbie to MagicLantern.

Oliya, I set up as if to record MLV RAW and record into Ninja2 in Apple ProRes 422 via HDMI
