Hey guys. I looked around, but all i could think of is to look for "images are red" or "images have red tint" and it didn't seem to turn anything up. I then check on google and no luck. I just keep getting articles for the "RED" camera. So sorry if this has been answered, i couldn't find it.
The question is, I just installed what i think is the most recent version of RAW for Canon 5DM2.

the top one is the one I installed. But when I film a raw image sequence, and bring it into my computer. I convert it to DNG using "RAWMagic" and all the images are red. Here is an example attached. If anybody could help me troubleshoot this, that would be great. Thank you so much in advance :).

your attached image look normal to me. opened it in adobe photoshop. Theres a hammock in a snow covered landscape.
:/. Weird. On my computer its like really milky and completely red monochrome (is that the right term? lol). Strange. Anybody ever run into this problem? I just looked at the image on my PC and your right, it is fine. But on my mac its hard to work with cause i don't know what the colors are and my entire workflow is on my mac. Am I missing a driver or something? Its red in preview, final cut and motion as well. Thanks for the help, at least i'm half way there knowing its something with computer not camera lol. Thank you :)
Strange. If i bring the images over to my PC they display fine. But if i load them on my Mac they are milky red. If i bring the image sequence into Motion 5, it is still red. If i bounce it as a movie, the movie is still red on PC and Mac (of course). But the image seems to be fine since it loads as dng on my pc just fine. But my whole workflow is on my mac :/. Very strange. Anybody encounter this before?
Sorry to keep posting, But still trying to trouble shoot this. Anybody can send me a link to another DNG? Curious if there is an issue between camera and computer, or if there is an issue with just my computer or what. Want to see if it facts the same way to external DNG file. I have the same "problem", red preview when I look at the icon, but when I open a DNG sequence in Resolve or AE it looks normal. Maybe it's an issue of Rawmagic, but i think it affects just the preview.
BTW your frame looks red, but normal once opened.

Hey guys! Thank you for the response :). I tried opening it in final cut and motion and preview and they are all red. But following your posts, I downloaded resolve and opened it in that and it looks fine! I was hoping to be able to just use motion, since i know that program. Maybe I can't find a driver somewhere, but if not, i can use resolve. thank you so much for the help. I appreciate your time :).
