Title: RAW + Settings at Start
Post by: AnotherDave on June 01, 2013, 03:32:06 PM
Hey,
So we've been testing this sucker for a while now, and the one thing that I'd really like is...

to have RAW on, with my settings (1920,16:9,Skip allow), at start up.  :-)

The modules can be set to autoload, so could the settings for the modules also be saved and loaded with them?  Or at least give us the option?

Thanks,

That would be a nice feature, agree!

You can hard set defaults in raw_rec source but thats it so far.

+1 Have its values stored became a lot more comfortable :) (especially when the "Load modules at startup" option is turned ON)

Maybe we need a section of magic_ini where store the modules settings, ex. raw_rec, bolt_rec, file_man etc?
Or an optional separate ini for every module is preferred?

Best would be to have the module specific settings saved per module (in the module directory itself). Sounds quite easy to implement. I might give it a try as first project.  :)

Couldn't you just create a script that would flip settings on after the modules have been loaded?

Can we pretty please have this feature implemented?

It is such a pain to have to initiate it every time at start. :-/
