Title: Wireless card reader
Post by: Greed4Speed on June 29, 2014, 03:08:28 PM
I'm looking into getting a wireless card reader, seen a few that would be suitable.  I think it would be useful as I have a tablet with no card reader and would like to able to view the raw/jpeg file from my cameras sd cards on the go.  Would also be able to access other files like music and movies, my tablet only has 16gb storage, so I will have unlimited storage.  Backup usb power is another of their abilities.  I know I can connect an OTG card reader but I prefer the idea of a device that doesnt thick out the side of my tablet and have the potential the break, I can be clumsy at times.

I have these two in mind, can't decide which to choose.

Any of you guys own one, what do you think, are they any good?

I have the Mobilelite, works great with my iphone and ipad for pictures. Video will not go to the iphone/ipad though - do not know why. Apart from that, I have used it a lot when I am not at my mac.

Thanks, the kingston seems to be my first choice, I think I did see a review and the person was able to watch a video but was an android tablet.
