I installed ML successfully on my two 5DII so thought I had the procedure down ok. Lo and behold I tried several times to install ML on my 60D. I always got an error display and had to take my battery out. So I formatted the SD card and tried again. After several goes and after seeing someone post about having trouble with a 64 Gb card I swapped my card for a 32 Gb of the same brand and it installed first go. Posting this because others might have the same problem.

I'm experiencing the same with Komputerbay 64GB SDXC card (http://www.amazon.com/Komputerbay-Secure-Digital-Extended-Capacity/dp/B004LCIU1E/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1370771898&sr=8-3&keywords=komputerbay+64gb+600x)
I keep on getting the error "Update file cannon be found. Please check the memory card and reload the battery and try again."
Not sure if its the card or that the 60D won't run ML with higher capacity cards.

Hi - make sure that the file 60D-111.fr is in the root directory of the card. I had the same issue - are you loading the 2.3 release or the nightly build?
