I used frame variables according to the light of the scene, between two seconds to a quarter of fps

@budafilm: If i understood your question right, you wan't to know the duration of a single shoot:
At that low framerate (around 6-8 fps and lower) you can shoot continuous at max. resolution

Yes, under 8 frames you can shoot at full resolution 1728x972 px with Canon D550.
