installing ML on multiple cards for 6D

Do I really have to repeat the process for each card and not copy from one card to another?

You have to make each card bootable or ML won't load. Use EOScard.

I know, but do you have to repeat exact same process as first card and downgrade firmware, etc?

NO, you only need to make each card bootable by running the file EOScard.exe that is inside the folder EOScard (Use this to make you SD Card Bootable)
