I didint try to shoot with 7D, I think there is no differences between 5D and 7D about Raw video quality. But may will be differences about processor. I mean with same card and same settings 5D will be 10sec recording but 7D will be 6-7sec. Best way to learn that, shooting with same settings and equipments both of them.

thanks i just wasnt sure if the camera effected the RAW shooting.  was this in RAW or .mlv? also are you using Divinci Lite?  when i try to run lite it says i need some resolve hardware or card? GPU?

'' Resolve 8.0 runs on 2011 Mac Pro, iMac and MacBook Pro computers. OpenCL graphics support was introduced with Resolve 8.0 to allow the 2011 models of iMac and MacBook Pro computers to be used as they contain AMD/ATI GPUs. '' from Davinci Forums.

Btw here is answer of your question ;
