Comparison - Best way to upscale raw video

I recorded some stuff around Toronto today and upscaled the results with both Photoshop CS6 and with DaVinci RAW.  This was going from 1728 to 1920 (11% increase) but I really can't tell the difference.

I like DVR more because of the Arri LUTs and overall badass capabilities of it, but I'm wondering if anyone has a comparison video they can post of say going from 1600 to 1920...
