Since i install this build video format on Canon menu change every time i restart camera. and White Balance too

Unable to reproduce. Set ML to factory defaults and retry. If problem persists: Post a snapshot of your "Modified" tab and use a another device to make a small vid about how cam reacts before/after shutdown.
