So I stupidly though my brand new Mark iii was running 1.1.3 and of course since it's new it's running 1.3.3. I followed all the steps and when i tried to load ML as the firmware it said something like "you are running the incorrect firmware update to..." and then "you may now eject your battery." I did that. Now I am afraid to load ML because trying to figure out how to downgrade to 1.1.3 let me to read all kinds of scary warnings. Was anything installed on my camera from that failed attempt. I just spent my life savings on this camera and am so paranoid I have installed something bad. Thank you in Advanced to anyone that respond.

You need an USB connection between cam and PC.
Run EOS Utility 2.x to downgrade from 1.3.3.
Canon disabled in-cam downgrade for firmware version 1.3.3.

And if you can't stand the risk bricking your cam you may want to think about if ML is an option for you at all.

Like Walter said.
With that said I never been more happy to downgrade any firmware as much as going from 1.3.3 to 1.1.3 per Walter,s advice through canon utility when I rebought a 5D mark 3 a month ago.
