rack focus and camera shake...

is there a way to iuse rack focus with a trigger or something? It's futsy to press a button on the camera and try to prevent it from shaking...
how do I stop the shake?

I use the "wave" function under the Shoot menu.  Just wave over the viewfinder sensor 3 x and it snaps.

I think you may be misunderstanding the question or I am misunderstanding the answer.

I mean rack focus for video shots, not photos.

You can do it adjusting the "Rack Delay" time
