Runing Magic Lantern on Multiple SD cards

Hi, I was just wondering would it be safe for my camera to copy the Working Magic lantern file from one SD Card and put it on a secondary SD Card.
Will this harm the DSLR (Canon 600D) ? Do I have to do a full installation on every SD Card I decide to use Magic Lantern on ?
