Flicking output video problems on resolve with no dropped frame MLV

Hello everybody?
I'm using 5D mk2 with MLV.
Can you see the video I made?

I used mlv converter and davinci resolve.
but as you can see. Flicking on top and no gradated frame irregularly.
so can I solve this problem? no dropped frame while shooting and good DNG files.
