Can be Canon like cardreader?

I want upload file to SD card in Canon directly via USB, but I can't do it. Also, I can't download any files, except photos from my Canon. Is there some way to realize file transfer?

I am also interested in this issue. Is it possible to copy raw video files from a SD card to a PC through a camera rather than to use a card reader?
