mlv file cannot be converted, all converters just flashes and gone

Hello everyone,
First of all I'm really thankful for such an useful addon is being developed and a great community is backing it up, your work is greatly appreciated.
The raw shooting capabilities for Canon DSLR with ML addon has been a popular topic among cinematographers, however I didn't get to test it out until recently, i'm shooting with a 6D and a Transcend R95W60 64gb SDXC card, with Dual ISO option on, the video looked great in the camera compared to vanilla video with impressive DR. However i keep failing converting the mlv files to a process-able dng sequences, I've tried plenty raw2dng, mlvdump even cr2dng, none of those tools works, they just pops up and instantly close themselves when i drag the file onto those executables.
I've gone through some threads and didn't really notice anything that i did wrong, so i'm really confuse, what's wrong?
Oh btw, the mlv file is about 300mb big, and i'm running a Windows 10 x64

Open command prompt and run those command line tools from the command line. Post error messages.
Example: cr2hdr myfile.cr2
