I have WLAN Toshiba FlashAir Card, is it possible to run Magic Lantern on it?

Probably have to test it somehow. You need 40MB per second write for it to work on most cameras.

A1ex tested Toshiba Flashair (don't know which variety) and - apart from very slow data rates - it worked with ML.
And you don't need 40 MByte/s to run ML. You will need 40 MByte/s avoiding to be bottlenecked by card performance in EOS M/6D/650D/700D/70D and there are use cases where this criteria is irrelevant.
The benchmarks I found show write rates below 15 MByte/s.
