Crop mode not centered 1.1.3

I searched an answer before, but I found nothing definitive.So my question is:

I was on Nightly.2016Jul09.5D3113 for some times and suddently noticed than in fact the crop mode was off-centered.
So I updated to Nightly.2017Jan27.5D3113, but the problem persist (maybe the off-centering is different with this build, not sure).

I presume it's something I must deal with?

Try the crop_rec build on the Experiments page. It should do a better job of centering the image.
