Misc key settings doesn't save

I'm using a 60D with Magic Lantern Nightly 2016Nov17.60D111

I'd like to use the sticky half-shutter. When I change the setting in misc key settings and I shutdown the camera, the settings doesn't stay. I have to modify the setting each time I boot the camera. Is it normal?
