Camera in for repair, ML not uninstalled - 5D2

Hi all,

Have tried to search but im not sure how to narrow down fhe results - from what I have read of related info I get the feeling all should be fine, but if anyone can enlighten me further that would be great...

I'm a new ML user and only installed it 2 weeks ago, all works fine on my Canon 5d2.

Unfortunately i've had an audio issue for a while where no sound is recorded to the file, or even showing on the monitors, for either internal or external mics. I dropped it in for repair today and I believe they said they will be replacing a faulty pcb or something along those lines.

I did not uninstall ML, however i did follow procedure for removing the card and it turned on as normal without my ML card inserted.

Is the internal board change likely to cause any issues, or should ML fire up as normal when i replace the card upon collecting the camera?

Alternatively, will the repair and its associated software installing likely reflash the camera as if ML was never on it?
