Too dark footage- 5d and 6d

Hi, my english isn't good, so sorry for my mistakes.
I recorded RAW 50fps. After I noticed that my footage are too dark (5d and 6d). It's strange for me, because I checked my exposure during recording. I also recorded without RAW this day and this video is ok.

Please advice.

Without samples and more detailed workflow description there will be no sensible advice.
H.264 vs. RAW/MLV samples with identical settings for ISO/exposure/aperture will be fine, too.
