Internal temperature jumping high fast, write speed problem as well

I am using 70d 1.1.2 build and I was able to record continuous 720 up to about 2 minutes yesterday. Now it is cutting around 45 seconds, and then if I try again right after it just gets shorter and shorter. My write speed goes from 35-40 going well, then jumps down to 15 or so! it jumps back and forth around those numbers until it skips a frame. I noticed my internal temp said help needed it was at 171, i took my battery out for atleast an hour and let it sit and it only went down to 150 then jumped up to 171 really fast after recording at 45 second clip then frame skipped.

Card issue: Format card in cam. Low Level.

- If you get FAT32: Format using cardreader, apply exFAT file system. Copy extracted build content to card and redo installation.

Retry and report.
