Unit RAW in processor temperature?

I do not understand the units of measurement of temperature ... how many degrees Celsius is equivalent to the raw unit? Thanks!

We don't know.
It has to be converted before being useful.
Canon EOS 6D, 60D, 50D.

That's just for 550D, it was measured with an infrared thermometer by a user.

So are we to understand the operating range in RAW units should be between 144 and 165
