Canon 700d , Live view No White balance icon

Just installed latest night build for 700D / Rebel T5i 1.1.4
Latest Build (2016-11-10 01:12), on brand new formated card, and in live view
i have noticed there is no Whitebalance Icon showing, just a black square
when i select it, the options appear in the bottom of the screen, , the usual stuff , sunny, shade, cloudy, custom etc etc ..
but are not accessable you can not change ... has anyone else noticed this on this build?
is it worth formating and starting again ?
