5D MKIII Crashed, wont startup on cards with ML installed

I was taking some photos with my 5DMKIII running ML and it started to act out really oddly, the shutter was super slow (despite any settings I changed) camera was taking forever to process the images, then it started snapping photos on its own. Shortly after it crashed and the camera turned off, I tried taking the card out and putting it back in, changing out the battery, using a different card with ML and it still wont turn on. To my relief, the camera still turns on if I put in a card without ML on it (but still is acting kind of odd, taking a long time to process images). But still wont turn on with any card that has ML on it.

Any idea what could be going on here?
