Weird import differences

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone could explain why the amount of base noise present in RAW DNGs varies between programs after importing?

I understand that simple colour correction can reduce the noise quite substantially but I'm curious as to why there is such a distinct different between Mac Preview and Premiere Pro/Photoshop. None of the following examples have any correction done to them.
