MLV files partially download

I just starting using ML Raw on a 5d iii. I shot some video today and when I view it in ML Raw viewer the whole clips are there, but if I try to download the file from the card to either my desktop or external hard drive, only half or 3/4 of the clip will download. I also tried converting the files to DNG with Raw Magic but it wouldn't even let me load the files into the app. What am I doing wrong? I can't find anything on the forum about this issue.
