EOS M 64gb or 16GB card and no booting magic lantern

Got the problem my new used EOS M doesn't accept magic lantern.

Firmware Version is ok.

But it doesn't boot magic lantern.

I set the bootflag with macboot, no change in behavior.

I tried different card 16GB 64GB no change.

One time it loaded, but very strange behavior. Touchscreen got offset and you couldn't go to the menu tabs.
After rebooting, same happens as usual.
Booting into canon firmware.

At installation I see in the right corner firmware 0 and the other points -1, if this helps.

I used magic lantern at other cameras with no issue, but at this EOS M it won't work.

Hardware is ok, makes videos an photos normally.
