[INVALID] EOS 5D Mk II broke?

Hey
I just installed ML. I tried to uninstall it by going to update the Firmware on the camera. Didn't work. Downloaded the v2.1.2 Firmware by Canon and somehow accidentally deleted the ML folder. Now, my Camera doesn't react to anything I do. Can't switch it on, doesn't react to putting the Battery / CF in.
What shall I do?
