DNG - Wrong black level

Hi all!
i need help! I use windows 8.1. Help me to understand! All seen in the screenshots.
What am I doing wrong?

run the command line as an administrator , and then prescribe exiftool -blacklevel = 2048 * dng

When I run out exiftool this message:
