Strange dots on the dng file on Canon 700D

Hi there, i just started to use ML on my 700D but something goes wrong when, recording raw video, i convert the RAW files to get the DNG files.. When i open them in Lightroom/Camera raw i see some strange red and blue dots that cover the central part of the image..

Can anyone help me/is it an know issue??

If you have a MAC like me, then MLVFS so far has been the only app that has worked at getting rid of the stupid "focus pixel" issue:

I barely am using it and it looks like turning on only the "Chroma smoothing" setting at 5 x 5 helps.
