Red frames in 6D RAW videos

Hi,
I just did some tests with my 6D and Magic Lantern for RAW video, and I noticed that even with the configurations that get the "green light" for continuos recording (for example 720p@24fps), I often get a red frame (the screen goes completely red for 1 or 2 frames instead of showing the recorded images) inside videos, like if it's a frame skip that the camera covers with a red frame. Why does this happen? How can I avoid it? It does happen also in the very short clips I'm able to record at "1080p". Not always, but often! Thanks

i got the same problem....when i convert with rawtocdng and i import all the files in premiere...almost always at the ending i got few single red frames.
Could we get some help? thanks
