Updated the system to the new MacOS El Capitan and now we can no longer access the folder USR / BIN to put the file DCRAW in the folder.

The message is:

/Users/danteklausoon/Desktop/dualiso_to_DNG_02/dcraw/install.command ; exit;
MacBook-Pro-de-Dante:~ dante$ /Users/dante/Desktop/dualiso_to_DNG_02/dcraw/install.command ; exit;

mv: rename dcraw to /usr/bin/dcraw: Operation not permitted

Does anyone know any solution to process the Dual-iso files?

There's a whole discussion about this on the cr2hdr Lightroom plugin topic. You can either try to install in /usr/local/bin or if that doesn't work follow wadehome's instructions to install in /usr/bin:

Seems there is a solution to get rid of the "rootless" mode in el capitan through terminal. I don,t have 10.11 so couldn,t say if it works.

Upon further reading it didn,t seem to work so wadehomes solution seems the best bet.
