A/V sync for Internal Audio Recording with Wireless Mics.

The Case: When using wireless microphones connected to the Camera audio Input the audio is recorded a few milliseconds behind the h.264 video due to wireless audio lag (it varies with equipment). In my case 20 frames lag.
This can be fixed in post but having an A/V Sync feature will keep the Audio in sync with the Video saving a tedious extra step in post.

Please don't hate, I searched the forums but I couldn't find this feature requested before.
I know there is a related issue with Raw Video with Audio but this is not the same.

what wireless system you use, newer heard of one that is as bad as this. I had about 1 frame off but not 20. newer.
