red and green lines in raw video

Hi guys.

Its my first time to shoot raw video with my 6D.
After I convert all the raw files into DNG and import them into after effects,
I saw red and green lines on the footage.

Please help.

I've seen those red and green dots before, but only at real high iso's, like iso 6400, hot pixels. (Search on the internet for: pixelremapping canon dslr body cap) to fix this.
But I've NEVER seen them arranged so perfect in lines, red line, green line, red line etc...weird.
So I doubt these are ordinary hot pixels.

What resolution and other settings did you use ?

I set the iso at 400, f2.8, shutter speed 50.
Since its just a quick test, I just quickly load the raw video module and shot the video without using other ML features.

Maybe try some different resolution within the raw video menu.
1728 pixels wide with 2.39 aspect ratio works good for me
