600D RAW - Error (Early Stop (11)....)

Hello everybody, when I want to film in RAW, at the end of 3 seconds I always has the same error:
"Early Stop ( 11 ). Didn' t make it to estimated record time!."
I have a SD card Lexar Pro 95mb/s, 633x, 32Gb.
How I can solve this problem?

SD card interface on 600D is limited to about 21 MByte/s write rate.
