700D HDMI video output dimension & crop movie

Hi there
I have a Canon 700D 1.13 with ML Nightly2015May.
When I switch to Record video and connect HDMI cable to my monitor the live preview is somehow squashed/scaled to use only a part of 1080pixels:



is it possible to have a native 1080 output or is this not possible by hardware?

Crop movie:
Can't be previewed via HDMI out?
