Canon 70D ML settings only display for a few seconds?

Hey! Still new to ML on the 70D and it seems the setting choices only last for a few seconds before it goes back to live view? Anyway to get them to last for longer?

Set liveview to Photo mode otherwise it is a normal, well documented, so called bug for 70D, EOSM & maybe few others?
