Hi folks,

Shooting raw on 5D mk3 processing resulting DNGs in Camera Raw and have made some color corrections which I'm guessing has contributed to some of those 442 clips becoming 4444.
Is there any control over when this happens as I need my clips to be 442 but they also need color correcting i.e. how can I keep 4444 away from the door.

thanks

What's 442 ? do you mean 4:2:2
What's your workflow ? After Effects +ACR then what's the NLE ? what App do you Grade in ?
ProRes4444 XQ would be a Great choice to export to from A.E. as there is no loss of quality.

Sorry, meant 422. I need ProRes 422 not ProRes 4444 specifically.

Workflow: Shooting plain RAW not MLV.
Using RAW Magic to convert to DNG
Using Adobe Camera Raw to process i.e. color temp and any other adjustments required

thanks
