Strange color issues

on a few of my .MLV shots, after I exported as quicktime .mov, there are some issues with color changes. strange shifts in color. anyone else have this problem? I used MLV Viewer to export. https://www.flickr.com/photos/robbieconaway/18840207901/in/datetaken-public/
