Noob question about audio in 600d

Hello, I'm beginner and I just starting my adventure with camera. I like some features of ML but when ML is installed in my 600d then when I record video there are audio troubles, I have to set Audio Gains etc because audio are too quiet.
I just want to have automatic gain and sound like in stock soft. How can I do that?
