Problem with flash without E-TTL in Live View mode

First, sorry for my english I buy Quantuum Move 400 Kit (http://www.quantuum.pl/en/zestawy/move-400-kit/70-quantuum-move-400-kit) with Quantuum Navigator (http://www.quantuum.pl/en/accessories/wireless-triggers/135-quantuum-navigator, only in polish). When I try take a photo in Live View mode (Canon 700D), flash don't fire. I read in another forum, that Canon don't work with non-E-TTL flash lamp (or trigger) in Live View mode. In fact, my old Speedlite 430EX work fine with LV. Please, tell me, that Magic Lantern can fix this problem

EDIT: Sorry, just saw in http://builds.magiclantern.fm/#/features your cam doesn't support LV_3RD_PARTY_FLASH.
