Editing HDR Video in Premiere Pro for Mac

Please forgive me if this is a duplicate. I did try to search.

I recently installed ML on our 5DM3 and would like to shoot HDR video.  I get the flickering files and need to know how to edit these in Premiere Pro for Mac.  Does anyone have a plugin, workflow or other advice on how to eliminate the flicker to end up with a beautiful HDR clip?

Separately, do I have to keep the SD card with ML firmware inside the camera?  When I take the card out, it seems like ML goes away.

Most of us 5D3 users tend to keep ML on SD card and just record on to CF's.
