Pending payment

Hi,
Sorry but I have a little problem...
I make my donation the 13 of july and till now I can't download the firmware for my 5d mark2 because Is written that I have a pending payment.
I have the money on my credit card for sure.
I really need the software in the next 2 days for a work...
Please help me or send me in private the software if is there a bug on the website...

I just payed too and am not getting access to the download. I would like to know how long it takes.

As we have stated a million of times, it takes up to 24H. If it's taking longer, just PM bart or alex and they'll solve your issue as soon as possible
