Canon 700D 1.1.3 firmware + Latest Nightly ML. Shooting raw = Artefacts

Hi all, fist of all i'd like to state that I'm using ML for let's say bout half a day, tried it out, went through all the features it has etc. I also wanted to shoot some RAW video files with my canon 700D and it went great, i set it to 1280x720p and 24 FPS. The i used the a tool i found on the Internet called raw2dng (it made a ton of image files). I then threw them in After Effects and saw little pink dots all round the center of the image (https://mega.co.nz/#!OUtggZKY!5w4uSxUaaTKZUlT52GUIqfOO13KK-YzpQZKZG5j5w_I), here's a link. I do hope some of you might tell me what causes this, or even better how to solve it.
