Does FIO_RenameFile really rename files?

Hi,

I've tried to use FIO_RenameFile to rename pictures on the 550D but it just does not seem to do anything. Anybody had experience with this? Is it possible that the files are still being written and cannot be accessed? Does FIO_RenameFile return any error code I could use?

It does, but only on newer cameras.

Yes, but only if your 550D runs a newer DryOS than mine

I don't understand. The 550D runs DryOS 0043. So is the RenameFile supported?
